hello it says that i received my package when i haven't yet

You may have fallen victim to a fraud. This package can be traced via USPS as well. There also it states that it was delivered. You should also try to contact your payment institution (PayPal, Credit card, Bank etc) to see if they can help you locate the details of this item.
You should take action immediately. There are whole bunch of such fraudsters in China. They simply sit there to cheat people. Unfortunately due to the great distances involved in the internet commerce, it is quite hard to prosecute such fraudsters.
