About:China Postal Service

my tracking number is RB608567439CN

please, i ordered 70 days ago and i havent recibied it. when i track it, it says "null" and "pvg". please, how did you solve it?

Hi, NULL PVG means that your parcel was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport for customs check then. It is a normal status! Don't worry! Your parcel should have been in your country by now! I suggest you go to your local post office to check right now!
