How long can my parcel stay in Australian customs?

Hi, my EMS parcel has been kept by Australian Customs for 2 days now. It usually clears the same day. Can you please tell me how long I can expect it to be stuck?

I think you should call the customs and see if there is something wrong with your parcel.
