Hi, you can apply in UAE if you reside there with UAE residence visa. The regular processing takes about 4 working days from Chinese embassy. If for business visit, invitation letter from Guangzhou is required.

As i have mentioned , i am a french national with a UAE residence visa and i will have my invitation ready from a company in Guangzhou, i have been there several time already before RegardsAdnane
