China post air mail status NULL

Hello, Can anyone help me. My order has had a status NULL for more than a week. Can anyone tell me, where it is? My tracking number is RC525979746CN.

Hi Mia, I think you are better call to +86-11185 to China post in China daytime.(9:00-17:00). Or you can ask the one which sent you the package to call the China post. Hope this works for you.Good luck.
