Hi, you need to provide following documents for application:

1. Certified current bank statement with a minimum of P20 000.00 per person.

2. Return air ticket or the print out of the ticket booking.

3. Original passport and copies with a validity of 1 year and the passport must have a minimum of 6 pages (page 1 to page 3 of that passport)

4. Work and residence permit (original and certified copies) valid for at least 6 months.

5. One (1) colored passport size photo.
