It takes about 4h by driving for the trip! In TR city, I know a Qing Shui Yuan Hotel accept foreign guests. It is located at buildin A, Qingshui Garden, Dongtai Avenue!0

The bus from Guiyang to TR takes 5h or around and the driving duration shall be 4h only!
For western hotels, what kind of hotels do you mean?
As I know, the local 7 Days Inn at No. 7, Jiefang Road, Bijiang District is suggested. It is a economical hotel.0
