I just know Honglin Duoguo Liaoli Japanese buffet. Its Chinese name is 鸿霖多国料理. It is Deji branch is very near to Xinjiekou Metro station and the location is Deji Plaza, No. 18, East Zhongshan Road. I remember the average cost is CNY140-170 per person. Is it too expensive for you?

But as I know, the Japanese buffet in the city would never be too cheap, at least costing CNY120 per person. Anyway, there is a Dayu Jiashun Shousi (大渔家顺寿司) and I know its Jinlun branch is very popular. And the location is 3F, Jinlun Xintiandi Shopping Mall, No. 8, Hanzhong Road, Gulou District! I remember the cost is CNY150-160 per person!
