Check-in at Wuxi, and catch bus to Nanjing Lukou Airport?

I read on Wikipedia that there is an "urban terminal" for NJ Lukou Int'l Airport, in which I can check-in for my flight in Wuxi, and catch a bus from Wuxi to NJ Lukou Airport.
Would anyone be so kind as to point me in the direction where I can find out more information about this?
