pls someone should kindly help me out on what to do to restore my past records on my stolen passport.

I lost my passport that has more than 10 chinese visa inside since 27th of january 2011 nd since then I hv not been eable to get visa bcs they said my passport is vigin nd I hv try to get IV but most companies I seek iV from require my past visas which I can not provide bcs I did not photocopy it nd I can't afford the money agent in lagos is asking.
