How to get taxi at Pudong airport ?

Once I came out of airport, how I have to take taxi ? Is there any specific location, or on road I have to find for taxi? They can understand English? All taxi people will use flag meter and reliable and will take to shortest route?
We need to book taxi for downtown hotel in advance or it is not required ? All taxi have same colour ?

The taxis are waiting outside the terminal of the airport in a special place and you can easily find them by following the direction boards. You need to queue to board the taxi.
Not all the taxi drivers can understand English.
All the taxis use flag meter and they are reliable and use the shortest route.
Different taxis have different colors, but all of them are in nice service.
