There is no bus to get to Zhong Hai Jin Sha Wan from the Zhujiang New Town, so you may try to use the subway + taxi method, OK?
If it is accepted, you can take the subway line 5 from Zhujiang New Town to Ouzhuang Station, where you can change to line 6 to get to Shabei Station. From there, you can take a taxi to the Zhong Hai Jin Sha Wan.0
