About:Year of the Snake

Is It possible For me?

Hi, I was born on july 11,1990 and a Snake.Though i am not good in study and never get good marks in any school examinations,because i hate the educational system of Indie.But ,now I found a new way of learning things ie through word analysis etymology.And Now,I enjoy my new learning style.And I want to do a administer job or any other social service as i love to communicate with people and help them. And I am going to appear Union Public service Exam this year, Is it good for me ? Any Advice.
