Regarding a Tourist Visa to China

Hi. I am Indian Citizen and have been working in UK. I have come to Japan on a one year work transfer under the Intra transferee Z type.
I have a resident card to Japan for a year. My question is under these circumstance can I apply through an agent for my Chinese L type.

Yes, you should apply for a L type via the appointed travel agency in Japan.
