About:China Visa on Arrival

i have a visa but my father wants to accompany me for the CIFF

fair in Guangzhou can he get visa on arrival

According to what I know, CIFF is held in Guangzhou. Unfortunately, no VOA is available for Guangzhou. So he has to apply one in advance. If he wants to visit the CIFF, he should apply for a M type like you. Or he can just applies for a L type if he just plant to travel.
