Business visa to Guangzhou 43rd ciff

Hi I'm a Lebanese citizen
I'm currently in a visiting visa in qatar for 2 months and my job is sales manager in AJAJ Est , my wife currently resident and working in Qatar.
I have an invitation to the 43rd CIFF Guangzhou, so can i apply for entry permit to China from qatar, in the invitation letter that i register in , i tape my location in qatar
