About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

I would like to apply for a three -month visa for HK. and I wonder where and how I should do this?

Dear Madam/ Sir
I am a PhD researcher at TU Delft university and I received a grant to go to HK university for three month for doing research.

Hi, do you hold Dutch passport? if yes, you enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of 90 days.
