How to get tickets.

My China friend helped me to book the rail tickets online. I received the confirmation screen and number as well. How many hours in advance should I collect the tickets? Can I collect the tickets anywhere else other than the railway station?

You could collect them anytime before departure, 2 hours in advance is better. But you could only get them at the railway station, any of them..

In travel high season, it's better to arrive at the station at least 1.5 hours before the departure time. And now you need to go to the station to collect the tickets.
