Advisable public transportation to new asia hotel tiantong road from pudong airport.11:45pm arrival in Shanghai

what is the cheapest /advisable transport.we will be arriving at 11:45 pm.thanks you!

I suggest you take the airport shuttle bus Night Line, which is in service from 23:00 (T1), 23:05 (T2) till 45min after the arrival of the last flight, to Zhejiang Middle Road (People's Square, Yan'an Road) and then take a taxi to your hotel.
