Transport form Kashgar to Bishkek during weekend is theTorugat pass open or not!

Dear Sir,

as i know, I need agency to cross border China/Kyrgysya form KSG to Bishkek. What I want to know is if border can be crossed during weekend? If I arrive in KSG on Thursday or Friday is it possible to reach Bishkek till Monday evening (I have plane back home at 1 a.m Tuesday)

Can you arrange travel so that I arrive at Bishkek till midnight Monday/Tuesday and (we are 2 adult persons) what is the price?

Please give me replay as soon as possible so that I can still modify plane ticket.

Is it any difference if I go to Osh? I can still modify ticket to that airport?
