1. It will get sunny and warm then, with the temperature ranging from 8℃ to 22℃ during that time, so no warm clothes are needed. I suggest you wear jacket and jeands. Regular shoes are ok.
2. As I know, your hotel is in Zhongguancun. I suggest you walk to Renmin University Metro Station to take subway line 4 to Xidan, where transfer to line 1 to get off at Tiananmen East. Get out from exit 1 and you can easily walk to the square for visit! However, as you will have time after 18:00, the Forbidden City near the square woul have been closed then, so you can just have a look outside.
3. To see old BJ, you cannot miss the Hutongs. I suggest you go to Shichahai and Dashilar for feel that! At night, there may still be some rickshaws! Just go for a try! Also the Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven are famous attrations in the city, worth a try! For modern BJ, you can go to Xidan~~
