About:FAQ on China Postal Service

How can I know the name of person from the tracking number

Want to know the name belongs to that tracking number. My tracking number is RC321201567CN. The seller is saying this is mine but when I enquired in my local post office they said it is not mine. How can I know the correct name with ref to this tracking number
It's urgent please help

Soni, you should confirm with the seller again whether he/she provides your name and contact information correctly. The name and the address of the receiver is printed on the parcel. However, you can't figure it out based on the tracking number. I am not sure if the post office is willing to tell you the name and address of the parcel.

Thanks for your reply.the seller is telling this tracking number belongs to me only.but in post office they are not willing to tell the persons name and contact also whom they delivered the parcel. o want toh proof now.
