The nearest subway station for Guangzhou Bridge

On the north bank, the closest mtr station is the Wuyangcun Station of subway line 5. It is about 650m from the bridge.
For the exit, do you mean the exit of the dock?
As I know, usually, the boat will go back to the starting terminal to drop the passengers, so I think you may not get off the boat from GZ Bridge. But I am not sure. It is suggested to consult the staff.
