What to bring

Hello,
I am planning on applying for Visa tomorrow.
I am only going to Beijing once for 6 days in April and will be applying for the L.
1. Is this 350,000 won?
2. Also, what would I need to bring besides my passport? Will you guys be taking my passport until L is issued? (I need to travel to another country in a few days)
3. How long is the procedure at the office? (wait/lineup, etc.)
