About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am holding France passport and I will be stay in Shanghai for 2days, March 17 - 19.

Hello,
I understand I can entitle for free 72hour visa if i go to third country. Then i will fly from Shanghai to Hong Kong on March 19, do I get the free 72 hrs transit?

Yes, you can avail this free transit in Shanghai if you have confirmed ticket leaving from Shanghai to HK.
