About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I'm flying Bangkok to Shanghai via Air Asia, then Shanghai to Toronto via Delta.

BKK - PUDONG
PUDONG - TORONTO
Two separate airlines. Can I get the visa?
