For the Nanfang Building, do you refer to the one in Luohu District, near Xinxiu Subway station?
If so, it is suggested to take a taxi to reach directly and there is about 1.1km between the two places.
Since you do not know the directly, it is suggested to take a taxi to your hotel.0

If so, from that building, you can walk to the Cultural Park to take the Guangzhou Subway line 6 to Yantang Station, where you can change to line 3 to GZ East Railway Station.
From East Railway Station, you can take the bullet trains for SZ Railway Station in Luohu District. Then you can take a taxi to your hotel from the railway station, since there is about 5km between the hotel and the train station.0
