Difference between Standard Octopus card and Personalised octopus card?

Well, the main difference is that the Personalized Octopus Card will print your personal information on the card, such as name, photo and address. It is mainly used by HK citizens. People need to apply for it in advance. And after a few days, they can get it. So for you tourists, the Standard Octopus Card is recommended. Beside the MTR, the card also can be used on buses, ferries and taxies.
