As mentioned above my parents wish to see my brother's college and travel china. Well i wish to know that their visa processing. Also should they be available in person for the same or i can work on their behalf? I live in Maharashtra is their any office herein do perform the sameThanking You

Yes, you can submit their applications and pick up their visas on their behalf. There are three CVASC branches in India (New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata) and you should come to the nearest one to submit your applications.
