why my parcel shows dispatching from 23rd of feb?

hi the tracking number is RC189383289CN from last 10 days parcel has status dispatching can you advise what is going on please?thank you

Arrey Beti, The status shows dispatching because it is still being prepared by the seller to go  to  next stage of shipping. Remember China-Post uses the least expensive  shipping method. Unfortunately this also make it  the slowest ever shipping method. I think that the shipper dovetails a whole lot of orders going to same location together before moving it further in the shipping process.Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. If there is any delay it could take as long as long as 180 days.
