how to go to hangzhou xiaoshan airport from shanghai

Please direct me is there a direct bus/  train from SH to the airport? Where to get the ticket and roughly how long is the journey?

I know there are direct buses provided by Asian Airlines for its passengers from SH to Xiaoshan Airport and it can be taken near Nanpu Bridge, which can be easily reached by SH subway line 4. If you won't use the airline, I'm afraid there is no direct bus service. Then you can go to Hongqiao Railway Station to take a high-speed train to Hangzhou and transfer to shuttle bus to the airport!
