You have been a victim of a fraud. You should also try to contact your payment institution (PayPal, Credit card, Bank etc) to see if they can help you locate this item to get the right tracking number. It is been quite a while for this item. so you should take action immediately. There are whole bunch of such fraudsters in China. They simply sit there to cheat people. Unfortunately due to the great distances involved in the internet commerce, it is quite hard to prosecute such fraudsters. I too had a similar experience. The only thing is I paid about $47 US.

Mr Michael ---> I think its gonna come I mean its from china right?

What is gonna come ? The package with the tracking number provided is what was
received by the original poster. This package had " one old US silver dollar in it " !!

So you believe that these crooks in China will go out of their way to ship the Laptop
and Phone ? What even makes you think they even remember the name, address and the
items ordered by the original poster ?

I feel your pain Ely. Unfortunately I too have traveled the same boat. The only thing is I have PayPal working with me to get the money back. I hope that this would work for you as well (if you paid by PayPal).

Ely, I have to inform you( from personal experience) that Paypal may not be much help after all. See, if you want to get your money back, you will have to ship back the coin to the original shipper address provided by Paypal. Then PayPal will ask you to provide them the Tracking number (to prove that you actually shipped the item back). Now even you give PayPal the tracking number it does not mean that your troubles are over. This is because PayPal tries to track the item all the way to China. This is where the problem starts. This is because if the person to whom you shipped the coin does not validate that he/she received the package / coin then PayPal has no way of knowing that. PayPal would then baulk to return your money back. The fact is that the person that scammed you wins any which way. Because he gets the coin back and he gets to keep the money you paid. If the amount is high enough PayPal is not going to eat such a loss.
