Question

I am waiting to recieve a package that was sent by China post. As of now my package status has been picked up and processed by agent it has been this way since August 19, 2016. What does this mean.

I am in the same situation my package says picked up and processed by agent it says my city. But it has been this way for 12 days now. Not sure where my package is.
