About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Does Hong Kong accept South African temporary passports?

I'm travelling from mainland China to Hong Kong for 4 days in April. Will I be allowed to enter with a temporary passport that expires in January 2015?

Yes, it is ok, but you need to show your return air ticket for entry.
