About:Sanya Travel

Wuzhizhou and West Island in Sanya

Other than taking a taxi, I know I can do that, how can one get to the port for Wuzhizhou Island?

Where does the ferry depart from that goes to West Island?

Are there any reasonable accommodations on either place?

I know I can ask a travel agent or look on the internet, I have done that. I am asking if anyone has been to either place and knows.

Generally speaking, the local public bus line 28 can take you to reach Wuzhizhou Island Terminal.
From SY to West Island, the ferry leaves from Xiaoqi Port. The local bus line 24, 25 and 16 can take you to reach the Xiaoqi Port.
For Wuzhizhou Island, there are different kinds of accommodation conditions, such as wooden house and the villa. For living in West, you can choose to live in resort, hostel or even tent near the sea. I only know the tent is charged around 250RMB to 340RMB per night per person if you book online.
