hi , can we go to Ngong Ping 360 not riding in a cable car but by bus, my sister is afraid to ride a cable car and how to get there from Kowloon by bus...

Yes, bus is available there.
If you refer to Kowloon Station, I suggest you take Tung Chung MTR line at Kowloon Station to Tung Chung first. Then you can walk out of the station from Exit B and pass the Citygate to reach Tung Chung Town Center Bus Terminal to take bus no. 23 to get off at Ngong Ping Bus Terminus.
