entrance fee in meili

According to the list above, the entrance fee for: Mingyong Glacier Combo Ticket: CNY 228 (including Moon Bay, Misty Summit, Temple Flying Afar)Is this fee for hiking or just enter the area?If I want to take photograph of the Meili and surrounding, do I must enter the area?Once we enter the gate, do we have to walk or we can go in by our bus?How to reach Moon Bay, Misty Summit, and Temple Flying Afar? By hiking only?FYI, our goal is not hiking, but photography.

To take good pictures, you are advised to get into the scenic area and I heard it is ok to drive your car or bus into the scenic area for a good viewing! By bus, you will pass the Moon Bay and Temple Flying Afar. Here is what I know for your reference!
