About:China Private Visit Visa

S1 visa with a civil union

My boyfriend is going to China to teach English. I'd like to come live with him for the year that he's teaching. Would I be able to get the S1if we are joined under a civil union?

Hi My son is teaching inn Nanchang and he and his girlfriend were required to be legally married before she could enter.
