g6306/g6307 from chaoshan to guangzhou south

I am going to China next week. I would like to take a bullet rail from Puning station to Guangzhou South. Do you  know whether we need to change any for this route. The stops 2 mins at each station. Is there sufficient time for the passengers to board the train

There is no need to change any route for this, and 2 minutes is really short for boarding, but generally, the station will let clients stand at theplatform and thus the time is enough for boarding.
