Transport from Beijing Capital Airport to Novotel Xinqiao

Would like to know whether there will be a traffic jam from the airport from 7pm onwards on Saturday?

are there elevators in Chongwenmen Station cos I wish to take the subway (which might be faster) but the only hindrance is my luggage

it is not the traffic jam time for Sat on that day.
As I know, the elevator in Chongwenmen Station is not available.
The elevators are only available on airport express line, Line 4, Daxing Line, Line 15 and Changping Line.
