Hi, I'm planning to visit Taipei from 15may to 23may 2014. Is this period a good time for travel?

I'm afraid it is not an ideal time to travel then, because there will be frequently rainy days, which might spoil the trip! If possible, I suggest you change your plan a little earlier.
