About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Apply for Hong Kong Visa

I am US resident with a Nigerian passport and i Live in St Thomas Virgin Islands.I am travelling to Hong Kong on the 21st of March 2013.Can i send my document by mail to the embassy?

Hi, as I know, the embassy and consulate do not accept mailed applicaion. So, you may need to entrust someone else or a travel agency in the US to handle your application if you can not visit the embassy/consulate in person.
