I sent an item to ShangHai on December 30 from the US. The package apparently has not arrived.

My package was sent from the United States to ShangHai on December 30th and apparently has not been received. I was returning a dress and awaiting a refund. The tracking number is LC914893577 US. I know it left the Miami, FL international hub on Jan. 2nd, but cannot find out where it is now.
