Silk market Where Kings, queens and presidents have their Photos?

Hi,
I went to Beijing some 5 years ago and went to a marked Where they sold Real and only Real silk at the 3th floor it Think. At the other floors they sold handcraft, ceramic and pears. I remember that there where photos of presidents, kings, queens and ministers at the enterence, but I don't remember the name of the center. It was finer than usually and I bought a very nice silk quilt with a special fine and thin fabric around that I haven't seen any where since.
Can you help me to find out the name of that shopping center? And eventually if they have online sale?
