silk market where kings, queenspresidents have their photos?

Hi,I went to Beijing some 5 years ago and went to a marked Where they sold Real and only Real silk at the 3th floor it Think. At the other floors they sold handcraft, ceramic and pears. I remember that there where photos of presidents, kings, queens and ministers at the enterence, but I don't remember the name of the center. It was finer than usually and I bought a very nice silk quilt with a special fine and thin fabric around that I haven't seen any where since.Can you help me to find out the name of that shopping center? I think you may mean the Silk Market at No. 8, Xiushui East Road. On the 3F of the market, you can find different kind of silk and some time-honored silk store such as Rui Fu Xiang and Nei Lian Shen in BJ. As I know, they do not provide the online sales, I am afraid.
