About:Harbin Ice Festival

What I will see, if I am travelling at the first march weekend to harbin?

The Central Street, St. Sophia Church and Siberian Tiger Park can be seen.
It is hard to tell whether you can still see the ice and snow sculptures during that time. The real situation depends on the temperature.
