According to the information I got, the buses from ZH to Yangshuo or Guilin are from Shangchong Long-distance Bus Station. The bus station is at No. 33, Mingzhu North Road.
The buses' departure time are at 09:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:50, 16:30, 18:20 and 19:00 and all these buses are sleep buses.
From Gongbei Border, you can walk to the Gongbei Wanjia Bus Stop to take the bus line 31 to Chenggui Mingzhu Stop and then walk to the Shangchong Bus Station.
