About:China Visa on Arrival

Can you help I arrive March 6 in Shekou I know I can get a visa on arrival but can I travel to Shanghai and then return via Shekou?

Also what the lat date and time I can exit?

Sorry, you are just allowed to stay in Shenzhen with the VOA for Shenzhen. If you plan to visit other places, you should apply for a L type in advance before you go.
