About:Huangshan Mountain

Huangshan (Yellow Mountain ) to Nanjing

Hello, i am hoping to visit that mountain and go to the Mountain scenic area around March 13 - please could you tell me

1) is it a good time of year to go?
2) is it easy to get to Nanjing from HS - like will there be decent train tickets left to buy when i get there?
2) could you give me bus information from HS or scenic area to Nanjing on a Sunday?

It is not the best time to go there. During that time, the wonderful place Xihai Grand Canyon will be open after April 1, so if time is possible, it is suggested to go in April. It is still a little bit cold in March.

If you want to use the trains, it is suggest to book online in advance. It is hard to tell whether you can still buy the tickets at the railway station. Generally speaking, it is hard to get the suitable seat if you plan to buy at the ticket office.

On Sunday, from HS, buses for Nanjing are at 07:20, 13:50 and 16:40.
