Could I check if a visa or permit is required to travel from Nepal to Tibet?

I am planning a trip to Nepal. My Nepalese friend will then bring me to Tibet. The whole trip will not take longer than two weeks. I know as a Singapore citizen, a visa to Nepal is needed. If so, how/where do I obtain it? Thank you!

Hi, you need to get a Tibet Travel Permit through a local travel agency. I think it is possible for you to arrange it when you are in Nepal.
