About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

72 hours stay in Goungzhou (Attend trade fair)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am visiting Canton Fair from 16th to 19th of April 2014. My stay will be around 72 hours. I am Australian citizen born in India.

Do I have to apply for VISA?

As long as you make the visit to Guangzhou as a transit from Australia to a thrid country, for example, to India or HK. But if you fly from Australia to Guangzhou then back, you have to apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
